By using UsInMotion, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in photos and prompts you submit. You give UsInMotion and its processors a limited permission to process that content only to provide, secure, and support the service. You must own the content or have permission from every person depicted and any relevant rights holder.

Prohibited use

Do not use UsInMotion for sexual exploitation, harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation intended to deceive, non-consensual intimate imagery, hateful abuse, unlawful surveillance, infringement, or any illegal purpose. Never create sexual content involving a minor. We may reject prompts, suspend access, preserve evidence where legally required, or remove content that violates these terms.

AI-generated results

Videos are generated by machine-learning systems and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or fail to render. Do not present generated media as authentic evidence or use it to deceive people. Review every result before sharing it.

Availability and limits

The service may enforce generation, storage, or abuse-prevention limits. We may change or discontinue features, but will make reasonable efforts to preserve access to completed videos and communicate material changes.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account and associated data from Account settings in the app. See the account-deletion guide.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. UsInMotion is not responsible for misuse of content, third-party conduct, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
